2007 Event Notes.........
The third fall cruise was held on Sunday,
September 16th and what a beautiful day it was. Twelve GTOs were at Wendy's
in Denville for the cruise at eleven o'clock. Andy and Sue Pisarcik led
everyone on a beautiful trip through the scenic back roads of Morris County
to Silas Condict Park in Kinnelon. Thanks, Andy and Sue for a great cruise!
About thirty people came to the park
for the picnic. Hamburgers and hot dogs were cooked to perfection, thanks to
Ed Saunders, our expert chef.
The weather couldn't have been better.
It was cool in the morning then warmed up to about seventy-two degrees later
in the day. Many set up their lawn chairs outside the picnic pavilion and
just enjoyed the sun.
Harold conducted the monthly meeting
then many took a hike on one of the trails in park.
It was a great day to enjoy the
outdoors and to spend time with each other. Thanks to everyone who helped
to make this event a success and to all who attended.
